Cake disaster!

So this cake was originally covered in fondant and happy birthday was on top...then I tried to put on this cake tattoo that looked horrible. When I tried to take it off it suck to my fondant and I pitched a fit. So this is what I came up with in less than 10 minutes.

It's a me...Mario!

This was a kids birthday cake with the Nintendo theme around the sides and Mario on top. I tried a new icing and I wasn't super impressed. Vanilla Buttercream is still the way to go...but overall I really like the them of the cake and the way it turned out.

Baby shower cake!

This cake was done for a girl I knew at Georgia State. She was hosting a baby shower for one of her sorority sister! I am super pleased with how it turned out and love this cake. It is a white almond sour cream cake with a strawberry vanilla filling. Enjoy!

Happy Fourth!

I made this cake at the last minute for the fourth of July party! Everyone who had a piece said it was AWESOME and very patriotic. The cake was white almond sour cream with a strawberry and vanilla filling.

Father's Day Cake

This cake was made on very little time. It was more for the yummy factor then the looks. It was a white almond sour cream cake, with a strawberry vanilla cream filling, and an almond-vanilla icing. The almonds and strawberries on top were for a decorative touch. It was delicious!

Congrats Phil!

My littlest brother graduated high school this evening. He was involved in football and basketball and from there is where my inspiration came. The cake was a chocolate raspberry cake with a raspberry filling. It was delicious.

Happy Birthday Mom!

This was a birthday cake for my mother. It is a hummingbird cake with cream cheese icing and filling. The flowers are gum paste daisies with my signature ladybugs! The green stems are candy stix from Cracker Barrel (brilliant idea from Adri!) Overall, very pleased with this cake!
