Congrats Phil!

My littlest brother graduated high school this evening. He was involved in football and basketball and from there is where my inspiration came. The cake was a chocolate raspberry cake with a raspberry filling. It was delicious.

This was a birthday cake for my mother. It is a hummingbird cake with cream cheese icing and filling. The flowers are gum paste daisies with my signature ladybugs! The green stems are candy stix from Cracker Barrel (brilliant idea from Adri!) Overall, very pleased with this cake!

The basket weave I learned in course 2 and decided it would make a great basket. The sugar cookies I tried the stencil technique but in smaller form. Both were tasty. Someone even thought the cake was a real easter basket :)
